The Institute for Policy Studies and Media Development (IPS) is an independent think tank and a member of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association.
IPS provides policy ideas and solutions to optimize the potential of technological forces, contributing to prosperity and strengthening security for Vietnam and Southeast Asia. IPS' three advocacy areas include:
