- The principles and legal provisions outlined in Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection that social organizations must adhere to, ensuring the privacy rights of personal data subjects and the security of organizational systems. 

- Practical suggestions and specific guidance on implementing personal data protection measures for organizations, providing a comprehensive overview of how to effectively transition from theoretical principles to practical application. 

These insights were shared by representatives of the Institute for Policy Studies and Media Development (IPS) during a session on implementing personal data protection regulations. This session was part of a capacity-building training program for social organizations in Oxfam Vietnam's network, held on the morning of January 24, 2024. 

Ms. Nguyễn Lan Phương, Policy Analyst at IPS, discussed the implementation of personal data protection regulations. 

The session aimed to equip organizations with a thorough and holistic understanding of personal data protection regulations, facilitating more effective and sustainable compliance and implementation.
